Just downloaded your app for Australia.
I would like to suggest 3 big improvements to your app:
1. Provide a telephone number in the app that you can call to lodge an official complaint against an abusive or unprofessional taxi driver.
2. Provide information on the ‘worst time to find a free cab’ – shift changes etc.
3. Provide info for additional surcharges for pick-up from the airport (I know that Sydney airport have an airport surcharge, but I can never remember what it is!)

Next version of the app will be a huge update, and will include these suggestions.
Generally all races of Cab Drivers in Malaysia are all just as bad as each other, it’s not fair that you stated Malay drivers are more willing to charge by meters.

What I have stated seems to be the general consensus, that came up in the limited research that I did. I do not live in Malaysia, and concede that I could be wrong.
I will look into it, and will try and rectify the information in the next version of Cab Meter.
